Cancellation policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we value that time. We understand that schedule changes happen, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or adjustments.
When appointments are missed or changed without enough notice, it impacts both our team and other guests who may be waiting for availability. To help with this, appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, and a credit card is required to securely hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service total.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.
- Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to avoid a 50% charge.
- Multiple services not canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.
- For select appointments, a deposit of up to 50% may be required to reserve your time.
This policy allows us to offer availability to guests on our waitlist and ensures we can best serve both our guests and our team.
